Casa de los Cardones is a luxury residence located in La Ventana, BCS, Mexico. Its unique plan offers two properties – a main house and a guest house for privacy and an improved experience. The Main House is the centerpiece of the Casa de los Cardones design. While intended for only two people, it offers spatial concepts, features, and quality you would normally expect in a home many times its size. We invite you to explore what the Main House has to offer.
Explore the guest house
The Guest House is nestled behind the Main House, in an old-growth cardon cactus forest a couple of blocks from South Beach. It provides guests a private and comfortable experience on its own site, with all the features and conveniences of a luxury vacation house.

Located just 20 miles south of the major city La Paz, and two hours north of Los Cabos International Airport, La Ventana is both remote and conveniently accessible.

Both centrally-located and private, Casa de los Cardones has the unique advantage of being very close to the beach and restaurants while retaining a buffer from current and future development. Outside the property line fence and gates is a ‘natural zone’ measuring approximately between 15 and 100 feet. In addition, there is a road surrounding the natural zone – there are no immediately adjacent properties. The site is secluded in the old cactus grove, but still only several minutes walk to South Beach.
